Belonging, not opportunity.
NeverLostTouch exists because the people you love shouldn't drift away by accident — and no app was protecting that.
Why we’re building this
Every “relationship” app on the market is a professional networking tool wearing a warm sweater. Underneath, it’s pipeline: contacts to manage, connections to leverage, opportunity to extract. Their own words: “Turn every connection into opportunity.”
We think that’s exactly backwards. The relationships that hold a life together — the sister, the college roommate, the neighbor with the truck, grandma — aren’t opportunities. They’re where you belong. And belonging doesn’t need managing. It needs tending: small check-ins, remembered details, offered help, shared moments.
So we’re building the opposite app.
Our copy test
Every sentence we write, every feature we name, has to pass one test: it must feel right if the person being described were your grandmother. Grandmothers are not leads. They do not belong in a pipeline. Nobody “converts” grandma.
What we believe
- Small circles beat big networks. Fifteen people who show up matter more than fifteen hundred who scroll past.
- Rhythms beat feeds. A gentle weekly nudge keeps people close; an infinite scroll keeps people staring.
- Help is love made visible. The board — offers meeting asks — is the heart of everything.
- Accessibility is belonging. Voice and translation are free forever, because grandma is the point, not the upsell.
- Trust is the product. Read our privacy promise. Screenshot it. Hold us to it.
Where we are
