Our privacy promise
This page is written to be understood, not to protect us in court. Screenshot it. Hold us to it.
The promise
Your people are yours. Everything below follows from that one sentence.
- We never sell your data. Not raw, not anonymized, not aggregated, not “shared with partners.” Never.
- Nobody is notified when you add them. Keeping up with people is your business, not theirs, and not ours.
- Nothing ever auto-sends. AI-drafted check-ins are suggestions you edit. Every word that reaches your people was approved by you.
- Personal messages carry no NLT links. When you write to your mother, it’s a message from you — not an advertisement for us.
- No guilt mechanics. No streaks to lose, no red badges, no infinite scroll, no “your friends miss you!” We make money from subscriptions, not from your attention.
- Ads only appear if you ask for options. If you post an ask like “need a plumber,” you can choose to see relevant options. That’s the only place anything ad-like exists.
- Export everything, free, anytime. Your circles, moments, and memory threads, in open formats. Cancel anytime. Your data is never hostage.
- Care community sponsors see aggregate numbers only. Never posts, messages, photos, or any individual’s activity. This is built into the system, not a policy that could quietly change.
Your rights (GDPR and beyond)
Wherever you live, we treat you as if the strongest privacy law applies to you:
- Access — ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Correction — fix anything that’s wrong.
- Deletion — ask us to erase your account and data, completely. We comply, promptly.
- Portability — take your data with you in machine-readable formats.
- Withdrawal of consent — change your mind about emails or analytics at any time.
One email to hello@neverlosttouch.com exercises any of these. No forms, no phone trees, no dark patterns on the way out.
Cookies & analytics
We use one small, consent-gated analytics cookie (Google Analytics, IP anonymized) to understand how people find us — and only if you tap Accept on the banner. Decline and the site works identically. Change your mind anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
We email you only about the things you ticked: waitlist, launch updates, or the newsletter. Every email has a one-tap unsubscribe. We never share your address.
